Shipping policy

We want to ensure you're well-informed about some important aspects of your shopping experience with us:
Shipping Time: We're dedicated to processing and sending your orders within two weeks, though occasionally it might take up to three weeks. Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 5-8 business days if you're in the US. While we provide these estimates, we understand that unforeseen delays can happen. Rest assured, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is on its way. Return/Exchange Policy: We meticulously inspect each item to ensure your satisfaction. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please notify us within 72 hours, along with photos of the defect. However, please understand that all sales are final, and we can't accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellations/Changes: We know that slip-ups can occur. If you need to make changes to your order, give us a shout within 30 minutes of placing it. After that window, we can't guarantee changes as we immediately begin order processing. If your package hasn't been shipped, we'll do our utmost to accommodate your request. However, once it's marked as shipped, we're unable to cancel or refund. For post-shipping updates, please reach out directly to USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
Incorrect Shipping Information: We kindly ask you to double-check and ensure the accuracy of your shipping information when placing your order. Big Apple Society can't be held responsible for delivery mishaps stemming from incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, you'll be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipment. Regrettably, we can't issue refunds or send complimentary replacements for packages that are misdelivered due to incorrect shipping details. If you need to update your shipping information post-order, please contact us promptly so we can make the necessary changes before shipping.
Delayed/Lost Orders: If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend checking your mailbox and asking neighbors if they received it by mistake. Occasionally, packages may be delivered to the wrong location or show up a day or two later than the estimated delivery date. In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS (Tel: 1-800-275-8777) immediately to initiate a claim. Please be aware that big apple society is not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we'll assist with any information you need for your claim.
